New Years: Bay Equity Home Loans will be closed Friday 12.30.2022 at 3 PM Pacific Time through Monday 1.2.2023 in observance of New Years. Customer Service will resume normal business hours on Tuesday 1.3.2023 at 8AM Pacific Time.

YEAR END TAX FORMS:
Your 2022 IRS tax forms and annual notices will be included with your billing statement mailed in January which will be provided no later than January 31, 2023. The documents will also be available in your customer portal by selecting Account Management, then Document Center. If the servicing of your loan was transferred in 2021, you may receive multiple 1098 tax forms, one from each mortgage servicer.
